Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Full Payment
To secure your appointment, all sessions are required to be paid upfront. This policy ensures that your spot is reserved and helps us manage last-minute cancellations. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are happy to issue refunds and accommodate cancellations when notified at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. We appreciate your cooperation.
The 24-Hour Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
At Reiki Here and Now, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24-hour notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
Please note that if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price will be charged, and rescheduling will not be offered in such cases. This policy ensures that we can maintain our commitment to providing excellent service to all of our valued clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy.
Appointment Late arrival policy
If you arrive late to your appointment, the appointment still ends at the agreed time.
No-show policy
If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show. We strictly enforce a no-call/no-show policy, and as a result, no refunds will be issued. In the event of a second occurrence of no-call/no-show, you will be unable to book future appointments with us.
